I was born and raised in Nebraska and have always had a love for sports and fitness. This passion led me to earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Creighton University. I then moved to New York City to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University.
I have considerable experience in outpatient orthopedics across a variety of settings, working with a wide range of patient populations—from pediatrics and geriatrics to ultra-marathoners. As an avid runner myself, I am also a certified run coach and have worked with a number of athletes focusing on injury prevention and load management.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, running, watching any and all sports, and spending time with my two cats.
