Born and raised in Nebraska. Earned a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Creighton University, then moved to New York City to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University. Considerable experience in outpatient orthopedics across a variety of settings, from pediatrics and geriatrics to ultra-marathoners; certified run coach.
